Testicular natural killer/T-cell lymphoma is a rare disease which is aggressive. No reports have described the results of imaging due to the low number of cases. In our study,a 39-year-old man once diagnosed as deviation of nasal septum had a painful testicular mass.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound and nasal tumor biopsy were all in favor of testicular natural killer/T-cell lymphoma.18F-fuorodexoyglucose-positron emission tomography/computed tomography proved the diagnosis. We concluded that contrast-enhanced ultrasound help physicians make an early diagnosis of testicular lymphoma.
