Sargassumfusiforme polyccharides (SFPS) has a variety of biological activities,and that the abandent resources in China,it has important significance to research SFPS extraction technology.In this paper,we chose the extraction process parameters on SFPS: liquid ratio,microwave power,microwave time,water extraction temperature,extraction time which were single factor test respectly,and select the four main influencing factors on the basis of single factor test (liquid ratio,microwave time,water extraction temperature,extraction time) response surface test to determine the microwave-assisted water extraction SFPS optimum conditions.
