On the basis of cooled staring focal plane array(FPA)detectors with 640?12 pixel and 28 um pixel elements,a cooled wide-angle infrared dual spectral optical system is designed.The F-number is 2,the full field of view 2ω is130 癮nd the operation waveband of the system is MWIR 3~5um and LWIR 8~12um.By choosing a double imaging configuration,the system realizes 100%cold stop efficiency and reduces the radial size of optical system meanwhile.By taking advantages of an diffractive optical element,setting aspheric surfaces and symmetrically distributing three types of optical material Si,Ge and ZnSe,the optical system is athermalized across a wide temperature range from-40℃ to +60℃,the modulation-transfer function(MTF)is higher than 0.4 at 17lp/mm,and the optical aberration is well balanced.The experimental results show that the system has good narcissus and image quality,which conforms to the actual application needs.
