MicroRNA (miRNA) has been considered to play a critical role in posttranscriptional regulation as targeting in 3UTR of target genes.Using two NE induced broiler lines,resistant and susceptible line,namely line 6.3 and line 7.2,respectively,we established that miRNAs are differently expressed between the two lines.
