Understanding neurogenesis and neural cell differentiation presents a unique challenge for treatment of nervous system disorders.To gain more insight about potential molecular biomarkers neural stem cells differentiation we combined the advantage of fetal neural stem cells in vitro differentiation model and proteomics approaches.Differentiation of neural cells was found to be accompanied by changes in the expression of proteins involved in DNA and RNA binding,mRNA processing and transport (hnRNPs A1 and A2/B1),stress responses (-B crystallin),iron storage and redox regulation.
