Two-dimensional materials have attracted dramatically increasing interest in the area of photocatalytic hydrogen generation for their outstanding electrical and optical properties [1].Here,we synthesized a hybrid MoS2/Graphene /C3N4 nanocomposite by thermal decompositionof the ammonium molybdate, graphene oxide and urea mixtures under N2 atmosphere. The high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) revealed that a double-layer heterojunction formed between the graphene and C3N4,and MoS2 dispersed uniformly on the surface of the heterojunction.
