上海市轨道交通2号线东延伸段张江高科站的1号出入口采用矩形顶管法施工,该工程的始发井、接收井宽度小,且进、出洞口区域存在重大市政管线,进洞口顶管离大口径雨水管线极近,施工难度很高。结合工程实际情况,进行管线风险分析,详细介绍了顶管施工过程中的管线保护技术。监测结果表明,有针对性地选择掘进机头,制定科学的施工参数,采取精密的管线保护措施,完全能够把管线及地面沉降变形控制在安全范围内。
