目的:制备大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型,观察参七虫草胶囊对其内皮素和一氧化氮水平的影响。方法:采用烟熏加脂多糖气管滴入制作大鼠COPD模型,给与参七虫草胶囊,观察各组大鼠内皮素和一氧化氮水平的变化。结果:模型组的血清、肺组织及肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中内皮素(ET-1)含量与空白对照组比较均有明显升高,其一氧化氮(NO)水平则明显降低,提示慢阻肺存在ET-1/NO失衡,而参七虫草胶囊可调节其失衡。结论:参七虫草胶囊能改善COPD模型大鼠ET-1/NO失衡。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and observe the effect of Shenqi Cordyceps capsules on endothelin and nitric oxide levels. METHODS: Rat model of COPD was made by instillation of cigarette smoke plus lipopolysaccharide and the Shenqi Cordyceps capsules were given. The changes of endothelin and nitric oxide levels in rats were observed. Results: Compared with the blank control group, serum endothelin (ET-1) content in the serum, lung tissue, and BALF of the model group increased significantly, and the level of nitric oxide (NO) decreased significantly. There is an imbalance in ET-1/NO in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and Shenqi Cordyceps Capsule can regulate its imbalance. Conclusion: Shenqi Cordyceps capsule can improve the imbalance of ET-1/NO in COPD model rats.
