Objectives our objective is to synthesize a porous scaffold incorporating nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA) into reduced graphene oxide (RGO) via self-assembly method, and Vancomycin (VA) was loaded onto the scaffold via π-π stacking and van der Waals interactions with the specific groups of RGO, thus fabricating a novel system for treating intractable infected bone defect, which can facilitate both controlled release of VA and promoting osteoregeneration.
