Grafting is widely used for improving cucumber growth, and tolerance to biotic and abiotic stresses, including Cucurbits Fusarium wilt, cold, salt and drought.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in regulating plants growth and development, and response to various stresses through negative mediation of their target genes expression at post-transcriptional level.
