摇蚊科昆虫的DNA条形码初步研究

  摇蚊科隶属于昆虫纲双翅目,广布于全球各大地理分布区。中国知网记录仅仅几篇,主要涉及DNA条形码技术在摇蚊物种鉴定及系统发育分析上的应用;2007~2014年间,Springer、Wiley和Web of Science关于摇蚊科昆虫DNA条形码的报道约40篇,主要涉及摇蚊系统学、生物多样性、生活史、幼虫群落结构等。总体上国内摇蚊DNA条形码研究滞后。作者近几年分析了摇蚊亚科哈摇蚊属群(Harnischia generic complex)892个样本长度为658 bp的COI序列,得到如下初步结论:COI氨基酸序列可以用来作为摇蚊科昆虫种级鉴定的分子标记。序列特征分析结果显示COI基因A+T含量(67%)明显高于C+G含量(33%),表现出明显的碱基偏倚性。表达产生的氨基酸在组成上苯丙氨酸(F)使用量最高,表达产生的氨基酸在组成上有一定的偏向性。
