The microstructure、 ultramicroscopic structure of the gonads development of the diploid and triploid abalone were examined in the reproduction season of Haliotis diversicolor Reeve.The result revealed that gonadal development was tetarted in triploids, of which the majority remained at stages of proliferation and growout.
