Effects of nitrogen(N)addition on the microbial degradation and uptake of a mixture of BDE-47 and-209 by Aegiceras corniculatum,a typical mangrove plant species were investigated.

Patterns of genetic diversity in extant populations are thought to be the footprint of a series of historically demographic events and could provide important clues to population history and adaptatio
Pronounced Genetic Differentiation and Recent Secondary Contact in the Mangrove Tree Lumnitzera race
Systematically investigating the impacts of Pleistocene sea-level fluctuations on mangrove plants may provide a better understanding of their demographic history and useful information for their conse
Genome-wide Characterization of the Evolutionarily Conserved Alternative Splicing Events in a Mangro
Alternative splicing(AS)could produce multiple mRNA transcripts from one single gene, playing crucial roles in the development and response to environmental stresses of plants.
Transcriptome Analysis of the Holly Mangrove Acanthus ilicifolius and Its Terrestrial Relative,Acant
Our aim was to determine the level of genetic diversity, divergence and genetic structure of Rhizophora apiculata across its distributional range using population genomics data.
