通过化学成分分析、微观组织分析、扫描电镜断口分析、能谱成分分析及力学性能测试等手段对某石化公司储运装置付料线失效开裂的双闸板阀门进行了失效分析。结果表明,该阀门冶金材料成分及冶金质量较差,存在较多的冶金夹杂和疏松区域;阀体中含有大量未熔的纯铁,并分布在晶界上,说明浇注阀门的钢水冶炼温度较低或保温时间较短,使得调节成分的纯铁未能充分熔解和扩散;从力学性能试验结果看,阀体材料强度数据分散,塑性很低,阀体可靠性较差,局部承载能力很低,当某些因素引起应力增大并超过其承载能力时很容易造成阀体开裂。
The failure analysis of double gate valve with failure of feed line in a petrochemical company storage and transportation unit was carried out by means of chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis, SEM, fracture analysis, energy spectrum analysis and mechanical property test. The results show that the valve metallurgical materials composition and metallurgical quality is poor, there are more metallurgical inclusions and loose areas; the valve body contains a large number of unmelted pure iron, and distributed in the grain boundary, indicating the pouring valve molten steel temperature is Low or holding time is short, so that the adjustment of the composition of pure iron failed to melt and spread; from the mechanical properties of the test results, the body material strength data dispersion, low plasticity, valve reliability is poor, local carrying capacity is very low , When certain factors cause the stress increases and more than its carrying capacity can easily lead to body cracking.
