CPT1A调控食管鳞癌侵袭和增殖的机制研究

食管癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人们的生命健康.食管癌发生发展过程中的驱动基因及其致癌机制尚不明确,制约了食管癌分子标志物和靶向药物的发展.我们的研究发现CPT1A在食管癌中扩增和过表达,并且均与食管鳞癌患者的淋巴转移和不良预后显著正相关.在高表达CPT1A的食管鳞癌细胞KYSE510和KYSE450中,抑制其表达可以显著抑制细胞的迁移和侵袭能力,采用CPT1A的抑制剂etomoxir抑制其活性也可以显著抑制细胞的迁移和侵袭能力.我们的研究揭示出CPT1A通过增强其-氧化调节酶的活性促进食管鳞癌细胞迁移和侵袭,未来CPT1A有望成为食管癌治疗的候选分子靶点.
