In this Presentation,the challenges and resolutions for studying molecular interaction by NMR spectroscopy in biological system,such as blood plasma and living cells,are presented.Of those including the development of novel methods for solvent/water NMR signal suppression,complex/overlapped NMR signal simplification or editing by diffusion weighting and relaxation weighting,and combination of diffusion and relaxation weightings,nuclear spin labeling et al.The methods are demonstrated using interaction of ibuprofen and lipoprotein in blood plasma,and Ca2+-Induced Calmodulin Conformational Transitions in living cell.
