采用回流-溶胶-凝胶法,以柠檬酸为络合剂制备了La-B-Sn-O(B=Cu、Ni)体系材料,并采用XRD、TPR、BET等手段对其进行了表征,以甲烷催化燃烧反应作为探针、考察了其催化活性。结果表明,在空气气氛中1 200℃焙烧3 h后,La-Cu-Sn-O体系形成了烧绿石结构的La2Sn2O7和双钙钛矿结构的La2CuSnO6两相,La-Ni-Sn-O体系的主相为双钙钛矿结构的La2NiSnO6,伴随有少量La2Sn2O7物相。对比2个样品,La-Ni-Sn-O体系对甲烷燃烧表现出较好的催化活性,T10和T90分别为486℃和694℃。
La-B-Sn-O (B = Cu, Ni) system was prepared by refluxing-sol-gel method with citric acid as complexing agent and characterized by XRD, TPR and BET. Catalytic activity of methane was investigated by using catalytic combustion of methane as a probe. The results show that La2Sn2O7 with a pyrochlore structure and La2CuSnO6 with a double perovskite structure are formed in La-Cu-Sn-O system after calcination at 1 200 ℃ for 3 h in an air atmosphere. The La-Ni-Sn-O system The main phase of double-perovskite structure La2NiSnO6, accompanied by a small amount of La2Sn2O7 phase. Compared with the two samples, La-Ni-Sn-O system showed good catalytic activity for methane combustion with T10 and T90 of 486 ℃ and 694 ℃, respectively.
