To research the influence on rat of different concentration of chitooligosaccharide feeding.Through 30 days feeding of different concentration ofchitooligosaccharide and measured the weight,the increase of the weight and the rate of food utilization.Then dissect the rats,take out of the viscera and weight,get the ratio of viscera to body weight.After fixed the tissue,then througt dehydration,clearing,wax immersion,embedding,sectioning and get tissue biopsies,Using HE staining and observing the pathological changes under the microscope.Result shows the weight,the increase of the weight and food utilization have the trend of decease from the experimental group to the high dose group,but compared the four groups there is no statistical significant difference.The histological and pathological examination showed no sample relevant pathological changes.The toxicology experiment shows chitooligosaccharide is an actual non toxic agent.
