With monomer allylamine, amine-containing functional films were prepared by pulsed 20KHz dielectric barrier discharge at a high pressure. The hydrophilicity, surface composition and microstructure of amine-containing functional films were characterized by water contact angle, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and Ultraviolet-visible (UV) measurement. The amine density was counted in quantity. The influences of plasma pressure and duty cycle on densities of amine were investigated in detailed. As an application the adsorption of cells on plasma polymerization films was studied in-vitro.The results show that 20KHz pulsed dielectric barrier discharge at a high pressure can prepare excellent amine-containing functional films, which promotes effectively the cells adsorption and proliferation.
