：
目的 研究叶下珠复方Ⅱ号对肝癌Huh7细胞IGF-1R/PI3K/AKT信号通路的调控作用.方法 不同浓度的叶下珠复方Ⅱ号体外作用于人肝癌Huh7细胞株,MTT法检测药物对人肝癌Huh7细胞增殖的影响.设对照组、叶下珠复方Ⅱ号高剂量组(48.0mg·mL-1)和低剂量组(24.0mg·mL-1),采用流式细胞仪检测叶下珠复方Ⅱ号对Huh7细胞周期的影响;采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测药物作用后肝癌

目的 观察内镜下套扎术作为二级预防和一级预防在肝硬化食管静脉曲张患者中应用的有效性,并研究套扎后再出血的危险因素.方法 回顾性分析2000年～2012年我院肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张并行内镜套扎术治疗的患者资料,按照治疗前有无出血史分为二级预防组和一级预防组,对其临床资料进行分析,对疗效和预后进行随访观察.在二级预防组中,按照套扎后是否发生再次出血分为再出血组和未出血组,对其临床资料进行对比分析.
