以3种转基因棉和1种常规对照棉为材料,通过室内测定,研究了取食转基因棉的甜菜夜蛾对中华草蛉生命参数的影响以及草蛉对甜菜夜蛾的捕食功能反应。结果表明,与常规棉相比,转基因棉上的甜菜夜蛾对中华草蛉幼虫历期和成虫寿命的影响不显著,而对茧历期、茧重及产卵量影响显著。草蛉对取食转基因棉的甜菜夜蛾的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型,草蛉对用转基因棉处理的甜菜夜蛾的捕食量和捕食效率均高于对照。
Three transgenic cottons and one conventional cotton were used as materials to study the effects of Spodoptera litura on the life parameters of A. chinensis and the predatory functional response of A. lanceolata to S. exigua. The results showed that the beet armyworm on transgenic cotton had no significant effect on the duration and adult longevity of larvae, but significantly affected the cocoon duration, cocoon weight and egg production. The predation functional response of S.grandis to beet armyworm feeding on transgenic cotton accorded with Holling type Ⅱ, and the predation rate and predation efficiency of B. rapae on beet armyworm treated with transgenic cotton were higher than those of control.
