  采用高温固相合成方法,我们对新颖硫属化合物进行了探索研究,获得了一些具有热电性能或非线性光学性能的新颖化合物.例如,我们发现Cs2Ge3In6Q14类型化合物次结构单元,[Ge2Q6]二聚体,的尺寸效应引起了从R(3)m到P(3)m1的结构变化;CsXSn2Se6类型化合物的非线性光学相匹配行为与其不对称结构单元的偶极矩大小和方向密切相关;Ba5Cu8In2S12化合物中由于结构基元Cu8S10S4/2簇中Cu原子有多种配位环境(CN = 2,3,4),这种特殊性赋予该化合物低热导率(0.39–0.28 W m-1 K-1).
