Cryo-gelation existed extensively as an advanced technique for fabrication of porous structures. Here,we report the synthesis of multifunctional acrylate-based foam through cryo-gelation at temperature below freezing point of the selected solvent.Interestingly, pore architecture could be totally aligned by mean of freezing direction.Besides, porosity of the cryogels can be simply tuned thru manipulating monomers concentration.A variation in Tg of approximately-43 ℃ to 124 ℃ was achieved by varying monomers ratio(MMA/BA).Acrylate-based foams show excellent multifunctional properties in term of shape-memory,emulsion separation, and vibration absorption properties.
