AIM: To develop rapid assay colloid gold immunochromatography strip for abrin determination, which could be used as technique references for clinical diagnosis, toxicosis treatment, medical jurisprudence identification and so on.METHODS: The gold immunochromatography strip for rapid detection of abrin was developed with abrin-nano-gold labeled polyclonal antibody which indicated the detection line containing abrin polyclonal antibody and the control line containing goat-anti-mouse IgG jet-positioned onto the nitrocellulose membrane.
