Nanogels can be used as new biologics DDS by efficiently trapping biomacromolecules within the network. We first reported physically cross-linked nanogels by self-assembly of hydrophobized polysaccharides.Proteins are trapped inside of the amphiphilic nanogel polymer network without aggregation and are released in the native form (chaperon function)[1].
