Owing to their inherent ionizable groups,hierarchical self-assembly and multiple secondary conformations,biodegradable and biocompatible polypeptides and their hybrids have been intensively designed and fabricated into stimuli-responsive nanomedicines,because stimuli-responsive polymeric nanomedicines might enhance drug efficacy and realize on-demand drug release in target sites,holding potential for clinical medicine and oncology.
