High temperature-resistant adhesives play a very important role in the fileds of aerospace and electronics industries ect.with their excellent high-temperature bonding properties.In this study, the silicone resin and phenolic resin were selected as the adhesives matrix respectively, while B4C, Al and Al2O3 powders were used as the main inorganic fillers to prepare the high temperature-resistant adhesives.
