眼球经眶入颅后的手术复位及思考

【摘要】

：

目的探讨眼球经眶入颅后的手术复位治疗方案.XX,男,32岁,因"钢管插入右眼眶后疼痛、流血6小时"于2014年5月14日急诊到我科就诊.查体:右眼下睑可见弧形皮肤裂伤长约5cm.拉钩拉开右眼眼睑,上睑结膜近内眦处及下睑结膜内1/2处撕裂,未见眼球,眶内组织紊乱不清.CT提示:右眼球部分脱入颅内,右侧眼眶及颅底多发骨折,鼻窦积血,右眼视神经及眼外肌结构不清.
