摇摆墙-框架结构在2011年东日本地震中的地震反应

日本东京工业大学一座11层钢骨混凝土教学楼建筑于2009至2010年间进行抗震加固.加固时在结构纵向采用了一种新型摇摆墙-框架结构体系,而在横向则采用增设传统钢筋混凝土抗震墙的方法进行加固.在2011年9.0级的东日本大地震中,该建筑遭受到中等程度的地震地面运动作用.震后观察到的结构震损表明,摇摆墙在控制结构损伤方面较传统抗震墙更为优越.此外,建筑内部隔墙的损伤成为该建筑在这次地震中的主要损伤形式.根据在该建筑不同楼层获得的地震加速度记录,对抗震加固设计时采用的一个有限元数值模型进行了修正,考虑了隔震对建筑体系抗震性能的影响.
