　　Objective:To study the expressions of the BRMS1 gene and its clinical significance in prostate cancer.Methods:80 samples of prostate cancer and 35 samples of benign prostate hyperplasias were collected from our hospital during January,2008 to May,2011.The expression of BRMS 1 was detected by immunohistochemistry of two steps.
