研究结果表明,烟草不同生育期幼嫩烟叶的各种化学成分含量存在着明显变化。氮、蛋白质及K2O的含量随着烟株的生长而逐渐升高;Cl、总糖和烟碱的含量则随着烟株的生长而逐渐下降。烟草生长前期(第一蚜高峰期)烟蚜种群数量与烟叶内的糖碱比值呈显著的正相关(r=0.6560)。而烟叶中烟碱含量及氮碱的比值是影响烟草生长后期(第二蚜高峰期)蚜量的主要因子,烟蚜种群数量与烟碱呈显著的负相关(r=0.6217),与氮碱比呈极显著的正相关(r=0.7386)。
The results showed that there were significant changes in the contents of various chemical components in young tobacco leaves at different growth stages. The content of nitrogen, protein and K2O gradually increased with the growth of tobacco plants. The content of Cl, total sugar and nicotine gradually decreased with the growth of tobacco plants. There was a significant positive correlation between the population of Myzus persicae and the ratio of nicotine and nicotine in tobacco (r = 0.6560) in the early tobacco growth stage (the first peak of the first aphid). The nicotine content and the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine in tobacco leaves were the main factors that affected the amount of aphids in the later stage of tobacco growth (the second peak of the second aphid). There was a significant negative correlation between the population of niche and nicotine (r = 0.6217) The ratio of nitrogen to alkali was extremely significantly positive (r = 0.7386).
