利用无机载体完成酶的固定化。使用的无机载体包括硅基材料、二氧化硅粒子聚集体、磷酸铜纳米花。在使用硅基材料为固定化酶载体时，将分子印迹技术与“fish-in-net”技术偶联在一起完成乳糖酶的包埋。
