Glycoproteomics is rapidly growing to an important research field for biomarker discovery.Recently many methods have been developed to enrich glycopeptides or glycoproteins using lectins,hydrazide chemistry and TiO2.However each method can only enrich certain types of glycans and studies on overlaps of these methods are little.Recently false positive glycosylations of hydrazide chemistry and TiO2 have been studied.
