鳗弧菌快速检测试纸条的研制

【摘要】

：

鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum)是一种可引起鱼类高致死性出血性败血症的病原菌,给水产养殖业带来巨大危害和经济损失,迫切需要建立一种准确、便捷的鳗弧菌检测方法用于疾病的防控.目前文献己报道的鳗弧菌检测方法存在检测时间长、操作过程复杂等问题,无法应用于养殖渔场等基层单位.本课题基于抗体标记技术开发以胶体金、量子点及上转磷光材料作为标记物的快速免疫层析法检测鳗弧菌,为鳗弧菌病害的防控提供便
