As a kind of plant-sourced bioactive components,Resveratrol is in possession of well-recognized antitumor effect,cardiovascular disease prevention and regulating action of estrogen.It was reported that there was a large of content of Resv and its precursor glycosides in Polygonum Cuspidtum.This study employed microbial transformation to increase the yield of Resv from Ploygonum Cupidatum through converting the precursor glycosides of Resv into Resv.Methods in detail:the rhizome and callus of Ploygonum Cupidatum formed into dried powder were separately cultivated with specifically microorganism.
