  1 Introduction Copy number variations (CNVs) recently have been recognized as another important genetic variability followed single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).Compelling evidence has indicated that CNVs responsible for growth traits by changing the copy numbers of function genes.The guanylate binding protein 2 (GBP2) gene plays an important role in cell proliferation.
