To accelerate disease diagnostics and drug screening,the development and evaluation of new technologies for fast and efficient immunoassays have received great interest.In this study,a microfluidic chip with specially designed specific reaction chamber in micro-meter size was constructed for immunoassays.The device was fabricated with traditional photolithography technique,and the glass plate was used as the solid surface for immobilization of the antibody besides the cover of the PDMS chip.
