本实验模拟沙蚕的野生生长环境,在25℃,盐度31,pH7.8条件下,分别测定了4d和14d不同镉离子浓度(0μg/L、400 μg/L、800μg/L、1600μg/L、3200μg/L和6400 μg/L)对多齿围沙蚕(Perinereis nuntia)超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的影响,结果表明:在镉胁迫强度较低时(Cd2+<1600 μg/L),随着镉浓度的增加SOD、CAT活性上升,镉浓度为1600 μg/L时,SOD、CAT活性最大,而当镉胁迫强度继续增大时,其活性降低,且14d活性均低于4d.无论4d还是14d,镉胁迫均降低了AchE活性.研究结果可以为利用多齿围沙蚕作为监测滩涂环境重金属污染状况的生物指标提供依据.
