Objective:To improve the management of C-type pelvic fracture.Methods:Patiems with B and C type pelvic fracture admitted from 2001~2004 were reviewed.Among them:14 cases were B1 type fracture; 12 cases were B2 type fracture; 10 cases were B3 type fracture; 12 cases were C1 ~2 type fracture(sacroiliac fracture-dislocation),11 cases were C1 ~3 type fracture (Sacral fracture),9 cases were C2 type fracture (Bilateral.with one side type B.one side type C).Anterior ring was fixed with reconstruction plate or cannulated screw,posterior ring was fixed with TSRH.
