Effects of particle size of the zinc sulfide concentrate, the effect of different ore particle sizes, leaching temperature, solid-liquid ratio and addictive amount on pressure acid leaching process of the zinc sulfide concentrate were studied in detail.The result indicate that the addictive can improve the reaction kinetics condition and the conversion rate increased with introduction of addictive and sulfur were successfully separated from the zinc sulfide concentrate as elemental sulfur.

本文利用Au/SiO2复合颗粒研究了4种酚酸类化合物的抗氧化能力,它们化学结构中苯环上酚羟基能够提供一个电子,将Au3+还原成Au0,以二氧化硅表面的金颗粒为核沉积长大,采用紫外-可见分光光度计对酚酸介导长大的Au/SiO2复合颗粒的光学性质进行表征。反应产物的最大吸收波长与相应酚酸化合物的抗氧化性呈正相关。抗氧化性强的酚酸化合物能够将更多的Au3+还原成Au0,对应于该物质具有较强的供电子能力。

本文考察了等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)高压制备微晶硅薄膜过程中,长时间使用系统造成的微晶硅薄膜特性的漂移情况。发现同样的沉积条件下,材料的晶化率和光暗电导会随着腔室使用时间而增大,同时沉积速率也大幅提高。这可能是沉积过程中,不断积累在电极板和腔室壁上的硅残留物(粉末和薄膜)参与等离子体反应的结果。电学特性的漂移可以通过提高硅烷浓度进行校正。
