Nowadays,Chinese enterprisers are confronted with the common problem of searching for successors.However,the mechanism of professional managers for western enterprises to address the problem evolves at a slow speed in China;meanwhile,whether the research conclusions of general employees as study objects adapt to professional managers also needs further examination.In our research,professional managers credit is measured along the three dimensions of personal credit,professional conduct and operational credit,with a sample of 613 business owners and professional managers from 27 provinces and cities.The positive relationship between professional managers credit and their perceived trust,and the strengthening effect of corporate rigorous and effective identification mechanism are both confirmed,which demonstrates that perceived trust have positive impacts on professional managers working performance.Accordingly,we advise that (1) professional managers credit mechanism be established and improved,(2) strict identification mechanism aiming at professional managers and business owners be promoted systematically,(3) the closed-loop of credit-trust psychologically interactive mechanism based on credit mechanism and identification mechanism be taken into use.
