目的 大剂量Vp16联合自体造血干细胞移植治疗常规化疗后评估88例难治性淋巴瘤患者的疗效.方法 男59例,女29例患者,中位年龄33 (13-61)岁,39例患者评估为部分缓解(PR),49例患者评估为疾病进展(PD).估为PD的患者中30 (61.2％)例有反应.
