一种将性连锁平衡致死系限性卵色和致死基因导入现行家蚕品种的方法

  利用现行家蚕品种遗传改良获得新的家蚕性连锁平衡致死系,是快速育成优良雄蚕品种技术途径之一,采用雌性回交的方法,将家蚕性连锁平衡致死系用于原种雌雄鉴别的限性卵色基因w3 和控制一代杂交种性比的2 对隐性胚胎期致死基因l1、l2 导入现行优良家蚕品种,即用现行品种的雌性与性连锁平衡致死系的雄性杂交,再用性连锁平衡致死系的雌性与杂交后代回交,以后多次用现行品种的雌性回交,再多代自交固定后育成具有现行品种优良经济性状的性连锁平衡致死系。

为降低蚕种生产成本、提高蚕种质量和产量、拓宽茧丝产品的应用范围,需要选育出适宜云南蚕桑产业发展、蚕农、种场和丝厂三方均满意的家蚕新品种,我们利用保存和引进的家蚕限性种质资源,采用杂交育种的方法,同时注重品种的茧丝品质、强健性、繁育性能等多项经济性状的综合选择,历经多年选育出多丝量皮斑双限性家蚕品种“云蚕10 号”。经过多批次饲育成绩显示,该品种产茧量、茧层量高,是一个优良的春用家蚕品种。
[目的]选育斑纹限性品种,是为降低蚕种生产成本、提高蚕种质量和产量、拓宽茧丝产品的应用范围。[方法]通过系统筛选和配合力测试,确定采用795、H05、日新A 和云蚕7A 为亲本,根据家蚕杂交育种原理,组配成斑纹双限品种云限1 号。
云南省由于气候温和,能常年使用春用品种。但随着我省蚕桑产业的不断发展,春用品种在某些立体气候明显地区表现出不适应,为了更好地适应云南省特有的立体气候,提高一年四季的养蚕量及蚕茧质量,需要选育出适宜夏秋季饲养,并满足蚕农、种场和丝厂三方的家蚕新品种。我们利用保存和引进的家蚕种质资源,采用杂交育种等方法,同时注重品种的茧丝品质、繁育性能等多项经济性状选择,并设置高温多湿环境,改变饲养技术加强品种强健性
