Up to now there is no objective evaluation method for assessing therapeutic efficacy of NB-UVB phototherapy for vitiligo lesions. In our research a simple method of adhesive tape combined with the visual evaluation of repigmentation patterns has been used to assess the repigmentation effects in vitiligo lesions after irradiation with NB-UVB in vivo. And melanocytes was isolated from lesions of stable vitiligo in vitro after NB-UVB phototherapy.
