目的:探讨急诊状态下微创颅内血肿碎吸术(MPST)对于幕上出血量30~50mL高血压脑出血(HICH)患者,尤其是已经有脑疝先兆和已经出现脑疝病人的抢救治疗,为后续治疗争取更多的时间和机会。方法:31例幕上出血量在30~50 mLHICH患者,均在急诊科行紧急状态微创血肿穿刺引流术,然后送病房常规治疗,观察在血肿排除、吸收时间、再出血率、有效率、生活能力、神经功能缺损评定和住院费用等方面的疗效。结
目的:浅谈腹腔穿刺术在诊断闭合性腹腔脏器损伤中的重要性和实用性。方法:按常规进行腹腔穿刺术,但一次穿刺阴性并不能排除腹腔脏器的损伤,必要可重复或多部位穿刺。结果:经手术治疗证实总阳性率达100%,准确率达98%。结论:腹腔穿刺术在诊断闭合性腹腔脏器损伤中简便易行,并发症少,阳性率高,实用于基层推广。
