Purpose: Lung cancer arises from a complex series of genetic and epigenetic changes that lead to unrestrained cell growth and metastasis.To investigate the role of potential epigenetic regulators and to identify new biomarkers in lung cancer,PHD finger 14 (PHF14).which has an unclear function,was characterized.and its biological significance in lung cancer was investigated.
