Ni0.25Mn0.75(OH)2 precursors were synthesized by co-precipitation method and composite cathode material L1.1Ni0.25Mn0.75O2.3 was prepared by heat-treament of Ni0.25Mn0.75(OH)2 and Li2CO3 in different temperature.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometry(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and electrochemical tests.The result shows that the spinel and layered phases are integrated in the L1.1Ni0.25Mn0.75O2.3 electrode effectively.L1.1Ni0.25Mn0.75O2.3 synthesized at 800℃ shows the best electrochemical performance.In the voltage range of 2.0-4.8V,the initial discharge capacity is 250mA·h/g at 0.1 C.The coulomb efficiency is 90.9%.
