本文探讨多目标决策中的“目标”。首先,介绍西方学者对准则、目标、指标、属性等概念的见解。同时,又从四个方面来阐述我们对准则和目标这两个概念的新认识;接着,我们讨论“目标”在决策中的内涵,重点从目标项目、目标水平和目标压力结构三个层面加以分析,并提出各自的管理要点;随后,我们根据社会心理学的观察和我们自身的研究,提出决策咨询(帮助)的五条技巧;最后,我们以结论的方式,说明“目标”和多目标决策的关系。
This article explores the “target” of multi-objective decision making. First, introduce Western scholars’ views on the concepts, goals, indicators, and attributes. At the same time, we also expounded our new understanding of the two concepts of standards and objectives from four aspects. Next, we discussed the connotation of “objectives” in decision-making, focusing on three levels: target projects, target levels, and target pressure structures. Analysis, and put forward their own management points; then, based on the observation of social psychology and our own research, we put forward five tips for decision-making consultation (help); Finally, we use the way of conclusion to explain the “target” and multi-objective decision-making Relationship.
