It is a significant problem for Chinese higher education to guarantee and improve the educational quality.At present,government,colleges and universities have absolute predominance in Chinese quality evaluation for higher education.As another subject of evaluation,studentsvoice cant be heard.With the example of National Student Survey(NSS),this article will firstly introduce the whole process that students make the evaluation for higher education service in Britain,and provide a new perspective for Chinese quality evaluation of higher education.And then this article will pointed out Chineses deficiency,with which it can be beneficial to reform our quality evaluation method,improve relations between universities and students,and also has some enlightening and referencing significant in changing schooling philosophy.
