将碳纤维/榴石陶瓷基复合材料在空气气氛不同的温度下保温60 min,研究了其显微组织结构和物相组成,测试了其残余力学性能和断裂模式,进而评价其高温抗氧化行为。结果发现在900℃以内复合材料具有较好的抗氧化行为,即使在900℃氧化60 min后,其弯曲强度为164.9 MPa,仍能保持原始强度的~50%,表明此类材料潜在的中温应用价值。
The carbon fiber / garnet ceramic matrix composites were incubated in air at different temperatures for 60 min, the microstructure and phase composition of the composites were studied, and the residual mechanical properties and fracture modes were tested. Then the high temperature oxidation resistance was evaluated. The results showed that the composites had better oxidation resistance at 900 ℃, and even at 900 ℃ for 60 min, the flexural strength was 164.9 MPa, which could maintain ~ 50% of the original strength, indicating the potential application of these materials in medium temperature value.
